Our mission is simple — to equip Chattanooga’s food entrepreneurs with the tools, training, and space they need to grow. Through LAUNCH Chattanooga’s Kitchen Incubator, dozens of food trucks, caterers, and packaged-food startups have transformed passion into thriving local businesses.

The Kitchen Incubator of Chattanooga (KIC) continues to be a driving force for the city’s booming food truck and culinary scene. Powered by LAUNCH Chattanooga, this nonprofit facility gives under-represented entrepreneurs the opportunity to turn their passion for food into thriving businesses. From supporting 40 active members to unveiling a new 75-seat outdoor patio, the KIC is expanding its reach—both as a business incubator and as a community hub where locals can gather, eat, and celebrate Chattanooga’s vibrant food culture.

Now, your friends are convinced that you should open a restaurant. The only problem? You have no idea where to begin.

WITH 10 YEARS under our belt, we are extremely proud of the work we have accomplished and even more proud of the successes of our entrepreneurs.
